I fell in love with acupuncture with the very first treatment. I fell hard. I fell fast. At that time I was still trying to figure out what I wanted to do with the rest of my life.  I started my college career with thoughts of being an interior designer and learned quickly that’s not what I was meant for. While I loved aspects of art and design my whole life, I wanted more. I knew I wanted to help people, but I wasn’t sure exactly how. Acupuncture made me feel so relaxed, like a was floating on a cloud.  I was in awe that something so simple could transform my wellbeing so quickly and easily. Instantly, I knew that I could spend the rest of my life helping people feel this same way. That I was on the right path was confirmed when I found I had all the prerequisites necessary to start the program and in 2016 I received my Master’s Certificate in Acupuncture from the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine. In the spring of 2022, I had a feeling deep in my bones that my training in Chinese Medicine was not finished and began my herbal training in Canonical Chinese Medicine® at ICEAM®. As of January 2024, I am now certified as a Diplomate in Canonical Chinese Medicine® DCCM®.

For years, Door County has been more than a destination for my husband and me—it's been a sanctuary, a place where our roots run deep and our hearts feel most at home. From exchanging vows in Egg Harbor to embarking on the exciting journey of making our new house a reflection of us. My journey here is a testament to the love and connection I feel for this magical place. Every step has been a step towards building a life and a practice that embodies my deepest values and aspirations.
